Step 1: Submit Your Request
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item(s). Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details. Ship the package to:

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them within 3-5 business days. We will then process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

Exchange Process
If you requested an exchange for a different size or color, we will ship the new item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Baselayer og sportsundertøy (Base layers and sports underwear)
- Luer m.m (Hats, etc.)
- Kne- og albuebeskyttelse (Knee and elbow protection)
- Kroppsbeskyttelse (Body protection)
These items are exempt from return due to their personal nature and hygiene considerations. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective item from these categories.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct from the refund value for any diminished value of the goods.
